Went here for exam and new glasses by recommendation of a friend since my old eye care place shut down. These guys were great! Dr. Ullman and Shannon were both so friendly in my visits. I felt like i was being a pain cause I was taking forever trying on different pairs of glasses and texting my sisters getting their thoughts on which i should get — but despite it all they were helpful, even letting me use their charger since mine was running low on batt. For the exam dr u was guiding me through the whole process, making sure I was comfortable the whole time. Overall it was a positive experience and I’ll definitely be coming again.

My wife and I both had eye exams at this new optometrist’s office. On Roselle Road in Schaumburg. (They are north of Golf Road.) First, the office is very modern and well appointed. They have an ample selection of frames to choose from, from very reasonably priced to more expensive. We had no trouble finding several frames we liked to choose from. We saw Dr. Ullman. He’s young, but knows his stuff. The exams were very thorough. He identified something with my eyes that he was unable to do anything with himself, but he referred me to an Opthamologist for that. They don’t make the glasses on premises so there is a delay between the exam and getting your new glasses. I admit that the wait was a little longer than I’d hoped. It took 10 days for mine to arrive. At the time of this writing it has been over two weeks and my wife’s have not arrived yet. Be that as it may, even with the delay I would say that, overall, the experience was very good. I look forward to seeing them again in the future. (Pun intended…)
