As we look forward, we wanted to share some positive news with you. We’ve taken significant steps to ensure a safe environment in our offices. With this in mind, we’re ready to start gradually expanding into more communities, reopening our locations to serve our patients in the Chicago-Land area.

How We’re Keeping You Safe
Nothing is more important to us than our patient’s well-being. Therefore, we want you to know that our team is taking extra precautions to ensure your safety whenever you enter a Rosin Eyecare location. We’ll be following a rigorous cleaning and sanitizing schedule, as well as requiring our staff and patients to wear protective face masks while in the office.
What to Expect at Your Appointment
During your next appointment, you can still expect the same uniquely tailored experience and one-on-one care we’re known for. As we begin opening more offices and seeing patients, here’s how our appointments will be handled:
For your safety, we’ll enforce appropriate social distancing for the foreseeable future. That means we’ll operate with a reduced staff and will schedule fewer patient appointments per day.
Given the number of people who need to schedule a visit and the reduction in overall appointments, we know that our availability will be more limited than usual in the coming months. If you would like to request an appointment, please do not delay.
From our beginnings during the Great Depression, we’ve been through a lot, but we’ve always managed to come out of these challenges stronger. This situation is no different. We’re still here for you, and you can rely on us during these times.
Thank you all for your continued support, and we look forward to helping you any way we can!
